Park Guidelines

Attention - You agree to the following conditions of your visit to Willow Springs Water Park:

·  Swimming and water play can be somewhat dangerous regardless of the safety of the facility. By paying admission you agree with Willow Springs that you will conduct yourself in a safe manner. You further agree that Willow Springs is not liable for any accident or injury you might incur. If you do not agree with the above statement or the listed guidelines - do not pay to enter the park.

·  Season passes may only be used by named holder unless it is an executive pass.

·  Season passes are non-transferable.

·  No fighting in the park.

·  No alcoholic beverages or persons under influence of alcohol are allowed in the park.

·  No illegal activities such are drugs or destruction or theft of property will be tolerated.

·  Non-compliance of guidelines will result in forfeiture of season pass or expulsion without refund.

·  No obscene language

·  Swimwear must be modest (no brazilian or thong cuts) and appropriately (no sagging).

·  Children under 11 years of age cannot be left unattended.

·  No motorized watercraft (battery or gas powered).

·  All children and weak swimmers should be closely supervised.

·  Lifeguards are responsible for rule enforcement.

·  NO DIVING.

·  NO THROWING SAND.
