Employment
Thank you for your interest in working at Willow Springs Water Park. There are many opportunities at our park and we begin hiring April 1 every year. Willow Springs Water Park is an equal opportunity employer and hires from 20 - 30 employees each season. Many of our employees return yearly, so the number of open positions will vary. The majority of our employees are part-time and scheduled days and hours will vary weekly. Salary is based upon experience, certification, and job performance.
All employees are required to have CPR certification and we prefer Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. All employees are hired to work either in the lake area or the Upper Deck Café. Some employees are cross-trained to work in both areas. There are also various jobs that you will be required to assist with periodically which include, cleaning, painting, and landscaping. Some employees may also be asked to work as a host to groups who may visit the park.
Willow Springs Water Park is a great place to work. We hire a limited number of guards who are 15. If you are 15, once you are hired, you must obtain a work permit from the Arkansas Department of Labor. If you are interested in working at Willow Springs, complete the application and forward either by email or regular mail. We will call you after reviewing your application and schedule and interview.
Any returning employees must have their applications submitted by March 15, 2007 to be considered for rehire.
